Developed by the Council’s Waste Services Team, the pack has been developed in line with the national vision for a Zero Waste Scotland and with the Council’s objectives to ensure Perth and Kinross pupils are educated and well-informed and the area has a safe and welcoming environment.
It also ties into the Curriculum for Excellence with active learning opportunities that use scenarios young people will find relevant to their world, and support for teachers to help develop waste awareness as part of environmental education.
